Together he will assist you to come up with a program that works for YOU.

Nutritional Assessment & Measurements
Intro - 1hr
Includes: Height, weight, waist circumference, BMI, photo, and Kinetisense baseline intake.
Along with a macro plan with food suggestions.
Total:

Nutritional Accountability Program
2 Weeks
Includes: Check in every other day via email with weekly check in on video call or in person. Suggested meals and a focus on daily nutritional habits
Total:
$199 plus GST

Sports Specific Nutrition Program
3 Weeks
Includes: Three 1 on 1 sport specific training sessions.
3 weeks of macro and micro meal suggestions and nutritional habits. Also includes meal times in regards to training.
Total:
$525 plus GST
